Whimsy+Wonder Productions began as a dream by Joy Martinez rooted in creativity, imagination, and joy. Fueled by a passion for designing coloring books that inspire relaxation, confidence, and connection, I set out to create meaningful experiences through art and storytelling. With every page, my goal is to spark creativity in children and families while building a world where imagination always has a place to grow.

Joy Martinez is the founder of Whimsy+Wonder Productions, where creativity, imagination, and storytelling come together to spark joy and curiosity.

Joy authors books and coloring books that blend heart, wonder, and meaningful life lessons. Her work is inspired by a belief that stories have the power to encourage curiosity, connection, creativity, and possibility—whether for children, families, or dreamers of any age.

Outside of writing, Joy has spent over two decades helping businesses grow through strategy, innovation, and leadership. She lives for big ideas, beautiful moments, and the magic hidden in everyday life. She resides in beautiful Michigan with her husband, two sons, and three shih-tzu pups. Joy holds her M.B.A. from Western Michigan University and is passionate about strengths-based development.
